Ooshima (大島, Ōshima) was a human that lived in the 11th ward. He was killed by Rize Kamishiro.

Plot[]
Rize Kamishiro attacked Ooshima. She proposed that she would let him go if he kept silent while she broke his fingers.
Later, his head is seen floating in blood in Rize's bathtub.[1]
