Hina Tougi (陶木 陽莱, Tōgi Hina) was a Rank 2 Ghoul Investigator. She was participating in the Auction mopping-up operation as a member of the Atou squad.
She was impaled and decapitated by Seidou Takizawa, after recognizing him from a past encounter. She was one of the last survivors of her squad.

- Tougi was modeled after one of the 20 winners among the applicants to the ghoul investigator recruitment campaign. She is associated with "instinct" (本能) in the operation reports attached to the chapters.
